★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its excellently located, roomier than what you expect for a Brussels Hotel while atm you can get really good deals. Breakfast buffet and coffee(!) Is excellent.

The single room was very small but most of all extremely dark without proper lightning making hard working at the PC in the evening. Remarkable the effort of the hotel in sustainability but this the only positive thing I can spot. Overpriced compared to other options in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very discouraged to find that the wifi was not functioning properly as it was too weak and therefore kept disconnecting. I was staying at the hotel for work and had to use my mobile data.
They tried to provide the password for the premium wifi but that didn’t work either so I’m struggling to understand how an NH hotel can be so savvy with the hotel app yet have a poorly connected wifi network.
Also there was a suspicious stand of hair in the tub that made me question what else was not cleaned properly.
