A	Andrei Mamchenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff. Very convenient location, the parking is 5 meters from the hotel, the city center is 7 min walking distance. Be careful if you are booking a room for 4 persons. It is located in the attic and really small and you will hot your forehead a couple of times:)

When the hotel staff/management found out that we had lost our luggage, they went above and beyond to help us locate it. We also got some amazing recommendations from the staff for sight seeing and places to eat, again, best service from any hotel we've ever stayed at. Highly recommend staying here while visiting Brugges!
A	Angelina Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two nights at end of April. From the outside it looks very old. Have to use a regular old key to open the door. The inside looks very modern and clean. Arrived earlier than check in time but the room was already ready. Receptionist was very kind and friendly. Our room was not cleaned properly after the first night, which was disappointing. Floor was still full of hairs and sand like it hasn't been cleaned. Location is very central. In the same street as restaurant Toast and a great gin place.

They were always kind and doing a lot more than what we expected or asked for. We had some special needs and they adjusted to meet them. They were able to make us breakfast earlier one day and later the other. They also allowed us a belated check-out so we didn't have to carry our luggage with us on the day we left. The hotel itself was really clean; the rooms were cozy and bathrooms modern. At the end of our stay the hotel almost felt like home. The hotel is located in the center of Bruges. We we're positively surprised how quick it was to get anywhere. You just walk out the hotel and already are on one of the beautiful streets of Bruges.

My family and I had to regretfully cancel our stay 4 days before due to Covid and repeatedly called and emailed the hotel to cancel. They refused to respond until after the refund window expired and then refused to refund the stay. David the owner was left multiple messages, muliple emails and could not extend the courtesy of a response and then charged us for the room despite having days advance notice. Considering the numerous other negative reviews on other sites, one can only

The rooms were clean and nicely maintained, David at the reception helped us with recommendations in Bruges and a hassle free checkin experience. They were kind enough to hold our luggage on the last day, and always served with a smile. The only reason they're rated a 2star is because they're missing a 24x7 reception - everything else was absolutely perfect and we'd definitely recommend it :)
