The staff really went above and beyond. We were able to get a meal and a quick overview of what to see in Ghent. Thank you so much for such an excellent stay ✨?✨?✨
A	Alexis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed here for two nights to visit Gent and Brugge and we would come back 20 times if we could! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. But the staff was so kind and helpful. The helped us navigate the bus and train to get to our daily destinations and then even helped us order Domino’s Pizza for our kids. It’s also in excellent proximity to the bus and train station. And as IHG rewards members they really took care of us! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

L	LVS89 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay on a long trip. We booked late (around 8pm) only to arrive 2 hours later. The staff also managed to prepare our room with a cot for our 2-year old. Quick check-in, staff spoke English which was a nice plus. Room was spacious with 2 double beds, nice shower and good breakfast with plenty of choice. Quick check out and back on the motorway in minutes. Only downside would be the price of parking at 19 euros.

About the breakfast, i expect normal sizes croissants, but they do have but really tiny. Boiled eggs was inside the open fridge, so they are quite could.

She does this with a smile and energy and this makes a huge difference to how the day starts. When you travel alone on business, this kind of interaction is more than welcomed. She is a huge asset to the hotel. Makes you feel cared about and still manages to keep the breakfast items fully stocked. An essential service that other hotels could take a note from. This I traction alone would make me want to stay again next time I'm over on business. All the staff were professional and friendly, but the breakfast lady stood out amongst them.

We had a marvellous stay helped by good location of the hotel, large room and very comfortable bed, quiet room, and a very well presented breakfast. The staff were attentive and carried out their duties with a pleasant attitude! We were impressed with the service and conclude that the staff like to work there, and that it is not just a job. Look forward to the next opportunity to visit. Robert
