The email stated I could call between 9 am and 6 pm. 9: 15 number doesnt work. 10:45 number still doesnt work. 11:25 number finally works put on hold and the number goes silent. Fix your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of service really depends on the SA, my first experience in Hermės Brussels was great, the SA (a really nice woman) let me take the time to see the products, compare them and answered my questions with patience. I walked out happily with my purchases. My second visit to Hermės with another SA was terrible. He had no patience, was visible not happy to show me the products I had asked for, barely gave me the time to see them and basically rushed me out of the door. My questions were reasonable as well. I just wanted to see and compare sizes, as every store basically has their own sizing system and they were gifts for my parents and seeing things with your own eyes are better than explanations or size guide on sheets. I understand it was a busy day, I understand not having a good day and being tired, but I would hope to get at least a decent customer service. I walked out feeling like I was a bother and an eye sore and not a customer. I bought the products I came for in the end, but I was not happy at all to have spent my time and money the second time in Hermės. Luckily my parents liked their gifts. My tip for people who who wants to shop in Hermės Brussels: from what I could see in the store, ask for the female SA's, they have more patience and take better care of you.
