★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a terrible nightmare, visited their store today, while I was looking around I had been hearing complaints from some other customers but I just ignored it. I ended up buying a pair of sneakers there and when I got home and unboxed them, I found out that they actually gave me the displayed ones without telling me, the bottom of the shoes were so dirty. Brought those shoes back to the store, they told me the ones I bought were the last pair of size 37. Talked to the friggin manager which he did not even seem like he meant it when he apologised so I just decided to get my refund. Can't believe this staff who was trying to sell out a pair of dirty displayed shoes just to get her commission. That is the service you get from the one and ONLY Gucci shop in Brussels. THEY MADE ME WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME GOING BACK AND FORTH BECAUSE OF THIS DISHONEST STAFF. My advice to anyone who is planning to shop there - DOUBLE CHECK THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE PURCHASED BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere and general feeling of a "gucci store" is there, however at times, the staff can be a real hassle to deal with. The first experience with this was when I went to buy a suit. It was impossible to get any assistance that day and I was rudely brushed off by an employee when I requested for some assistance. When people are paying lavish prices for honestly quite simple goods, the service should be absolutely flawless. The second time was when I went with a friend, we were being quiet and respectful, but the "bouncer" would not let us in. He stated that it was a rule in all gucci stores that to enter you had to be above 18, which is ludicrous. Of course, after bartering with him for a few minutes we were let in hesitantly. These two experiences have left a sour taste in my mouth. There are many employees who I'm sure are helpful and do their job well, however, the actions of these few rude employees were enough to give me a bad impression of the store. Once again I feel the need to reiterate this: not all employees act this way, in fact most are docile and helpful (if you look affluent). In the end this still is a gucci store, and has good atmosphere, so I can't be too critical of it.

So I visited the store to buy a purse for my mum's birthday, but went along with my fiancé as I don't know alot about purses.
Due to the new rulesb of covid19, only one person from a group could enter. So I had to send my fiancé inside the store with my credit card and she sent me pictures of different bags for me to choose from while I stood outside.

Went twice during Christmas season, not extremely busy, but the assistant always makes sure that you're in good care. Tried several pairs of loafers before settling down, ended up with two shopping bags and a big smile on the face. Will indeed visit them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young man that helped me today with my socks deserves a raise! He was so friendly, he was very patient aswell! Even it was just for socks he provided the info like i was buying a jacket of €2000. All the other staff welcomed me warm hearted and really were friendly even they didn't helped me! Really good shop, gonna shop here more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. I didn't have to wait for long for someone to attend. The woman was very patient and polite and was attentive to my requests.
Unfortunately my belt size was not available today so I had to come back with just shoes but I will get it in 2 days.
It was a pretty decent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my worst experience to visit this place. Came in when someone appeared and speak to me language that I don’t speak. Saying I have to go outside and wait.
Was waiting for a veeery long time and even longer inside of the shop to receive my item.
Would never come back and it was the most unpleasant visit to a Gucci shop.
