★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je recommande fortement cette boutique Rolex. Le personnel est aux petits soins. C'est Anton qui s'est occupé de moi. Un garçon très sympathique et très à l'écoute. Tout s'est super bien passé de la commande à la livraison de ma montre. Ils font le maximum pour vous (ils ne peuvent pas faire de miracle pour les disponibilités) et surtout, ils traitent tous les clients de la même manière nouveau comme ancien.
 I highly recommend this Rolex boutique. The staff is caring. Anton took care of me. A very friendly and attentive boy. Everything went very well from the order to the delivery of my watch. They go out of their way for you (they can't do miracles for availability) and above all, they treat all new and old customers the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience. The staff were rude and we wanted to purchase a watch but they were just rude for no reason. Extremely unhappy and shocked that Rolex would allow this kind of behaviour and customer service.

I went in to check the watches first the lady kept looking at me and she said we don’t have watches and please dot touch or lean on the glass and when I asked can I see it she said only for exhibition!!! That doesn’t mean I can’t see it….I left right away
