★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food served at Gulliver’s is fresh, sophisticated and innovative. I am a native of Belgium living in the US and I often stay at the Sheraton Brussels airport before flying back to the US. My last meal included “chicons au gratin,” a traditional Belgian dish made of Belgian endives rolled in ham and served in a creamy cheese sauce. Gulliver’s interpretation included a generous helping of herbed mashed potato and truffle oil-infused wild mushrooms. I am Belgian and don’t remember having this dish interpreted so expertly. I am most impressed with the quality of the food served at this hotel. The service is great too. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily among the worst experiences in that price class I ever had. Waiting 10min to get the wrong drink, another 10 until it was corrected. Receiving the wrong dinner after 60min, and finally was able to eat after 90min. If it was not one of the only options at the airport, it would not survive.
If you are vegan, I hope you like the one soup they offer...
