★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils rajoutent des frais dans les factures ! Quand vous téléphonez, ils ne savent pas expliquer le pourquoi, ils vous mettent en attente. Ensuite ils reviennent en disant qu ils rappelleront dans l après-midi !
Et pour finir, pas eu de contact!!!! Ils n ont aucune parole! Je ne conseille pas cette assurance
 They add costs to the bills! When you call, they don't know how to explain why, they put you on hold. Then they come back saying that they will call back in the afternoon!
And finally, no contact !!!! They have no words! I do not recommend this insurance

I can only recommend their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To b their client you need to have good nerves. They replied to emails after 48 hours or later. They did not reply to phone calls. I got my replacement car after 1,5 month and repaired car back after 2 month.

She initiated all necessary steps and went above and beyond to have me helped quickly. If someone from P&V is reading this, give her a raise and promotion, now! :)
