Enkel mensen verzekeren zolang ze niets voor hebben. Zo wil ik ook wel verzekeren. You pay a premium of almost 2000 euros per year. And if you have a second claim, the contract is simply terminated. Even if you are not at fault. Only insure people as long as they have nothing in return. That is how I want to insure.

Neen, wij gaan uw wagen niet verzekeren omdat het Citroen is - was antwoord. Schandalig!!!! Ik had nooit een ongeval dus ik kan deze dienstverlening niet beordelen maar wel heb ik twee keer pechverhelping gebruikt en ik moest twee uren wachten in de stadt - zou niet mogen.... Gelukkig zijn er andere (veel betere) verzekerings maatschappijen!!!!!! I was an Actel customer for 17 years. Now I have ordered a new Citroen and called actel for a quote. No, we will not insure your car because it is Citroen - was the answer. Scandalous!!!! I never had an accident so I can't rate this service but I did use roadside assistance twice and had to wait two hours in the city - shouldn't be allowed.... Luckily there are other (much better) insurance companies!!! !!!

N	Nigel Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For years, decades even, I faithfully renewed my subscriptions, making no claims whatsoever. Now somebody has keyed my car over the front and the bonnet. Actel now inform me that I have an excess ("une franchise") of 1276 euros for damage. So why the hell have I been paying car insurance for these last years? An excess almost equal to the premiums? Bad joke of a company and AVOID Actel Direct at all costs. They're useless. Can I award 0 stars? Minus stars? I now discover I can find car insurance at half the cost anyway. Policy cancellation in the post. How can a company survive mistreating their customers in this way?
