I absolutely love this place. Friendly staff, very helpful.Spoke very good English and the breakfast was amazing. Would have had pics but was so good I couldn't wait. Well I guess I have to go back !

It's a very small B&B (except that breakfast isn't included and must be ordered in advance). No place to sit outside except the bit of fenced off street where the dustbins are, even though they advertise with a terrace. One staff person asks obtrusive personal questions, the other sits using their computer and drinking wine all day. Dangerous narrow stairs, and staff laughed at me when I had trouble with those.

For the cheapest room in bouillon we were pleasantly surprised by the huge amount of character this small place has. Yes the stairs are narrow, but rather than complaining about it you should notice the coziness it adds.

Hotel is in the middle of the city center. Charming rooms. It's quiet rooms, it has good shower. And they have a nice Belgium breakfast. Owners brought some wine and chocolate to taste.

I booked the room and cancelled two weeks before the time. But they charged money from my account and now they are not giving it back. I wrote numerous messages and calling them but no reply! What a disgrace! I want my money back! Poor service!

I give one star based on my: 1. 20 years work experience in hospitality in various 5 star hotels in Bahrain, UAE,Bulgaria. 2. College degree in Management in hotels and restaurants 3. Professional travel experience in various hotels,BBs,hostels. 4. Status as a Google local guide level 8 5. Genuine level 2 in booking.com 6.life experience Due to lack of time I didn't read the feedbacks to notice that there is a quite of a collection of bad feedbacks from unhappy guests. If I have ted them I wouldn't book at this property. This BB provides exactly that-bed and breakfast. Nothing special, different or extraordinary. In addition to that you will "enjoy " cracking staircase, noise from the lobby/kitchen/reception, they are 3 in 1.,smell from the kitchen and the favorite jazz music of the lady of the house. Not suitable for disabled people, Not suitable for smokers-have not seen or haven't been offered a back yard for the purpose. Not suitable for slow learners/like me/ asking questions about matters that don't understand. Bed to short-i am 174cm,my travel partner is 199cm. In the shower there is no place to set our stuff but on the floor. You will be asked to sign A4 page with terms and conditions. It will be taken a picture of your IDcard-i was not OK with that. Be aware that you have to pay 15 euro deposit in case you damage, steal or break something. Later you will be refund if you leave the property in disent condition. The public parking is right in front of the BB,not suitable for a big cars,it is suitable for small, compact cars. My advice-have an extra blanket and a pillow in case after paying you may need to sleep in your car-just like me. Paying 63 euro and sleeping in the car. Everything you see in the wardrobe and use it is paid from your deposit. Just for the record I will say-if I was alone 15 min after being at the property I should have turned around and find other place for the night.

Charming place, kind staff and lovely decorated room. However, the bed was too short but even worse the mattress was so old and worn that it was hollowed out and could hardly be slept on. Also someone was snoring the whole night! The place is very noisy, so we had a rough night. Bring ear plugs, a definite must! If you like jazzy piano music and authentic vibes you are in the right place. Also, the bathroom was nice, beautiful little view from the toilet bowl looking out on a quaint little street.
