Wij zijn een koppel in onze veertiger jaren, na een drukke carrière hebben we er bewust voor gekozen, in een rustige omgeving te gaan wonen. Het is 'ons' paradijsje in de Ardennen geworden en we willen hier nooit meer weg... Wij zijn gastvrij en sociale personen en willen het élke bezoeker naar zijn zin maken...

Wij hebben verschillende Kamertypes gaande van een Basis Kamer aan de zo interessant mogelijkste prijs, Standaard Familie Kamers met een prachtig zicht op de bossen en de rivier de Semois ligt op 50meter...

Of heeft U liever een SUITE met Privé JACUZZI & Privé Sauna ?

We trachten altijd een tikkeltje extra te doen voor onze gasten...

V	Virginie Dupont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans un appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec cuisine complète, salle de douche et 2 chambres à coucher. L'escalier est un peu dangereux et n'est pas accessible pour personnes plus âgées ou jeunes enfants (voir photo) La première nuit, nous avions laissé la grande chambre aux enfants et avons dormi sur le lit 1m40.... Un véritable tue-dos, mon mari a même été dormir dans le canapé. Le lendemain, nous avons échangé les chambres et là, c'était 1000 fois mieux. L'appartement est très propre, le linge de lit également. La déco est très hétéroclite mais pas à notre goût. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui, quoique très copieux, manquait de produits locaux et/ou maison. La région est vraiment magnifique et le B&b Bourgeoisie est très bien situé pour la découvrir. We stayed 2 nights in an apartment. The apartment is very well equipped with full kitchen, shower room and 2 bedrooms. The staircase is a bit dangerous and is not accessible for older people or young children (see photo) The first night, we had left the large bedroom for the children and slept on the 1m40 bed .... A real killer, my husband even slept on the sofa. The next day we exchanged rooms and there it was 1000 times better. The apartment is very clean, the bed linen also. The decor is very heterogeneous but not to our taste. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Small flat on the breakfast which, although very generous, lacked local and / or homemade products. The region is truly magnificent and the B & b Bourgeoisie is in a great location to explore it.
E	Eddy Kloostermans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het gehele JAAR TOP SERVICE in elk seizoen of ik nu in de Lente / Zomer / Herfst of Winter ga men is er ALTIJD VRIENDELIJK , correct met het Clienteel niet te posch maar echt wél netjes , geen vraag of verzoek is te veel gevraagd ! TOP EIGENAARS ik kom al zeven jaar in dit etablissement een echte meerwaarde voor de streek. TOP SERVICE ALL YEAR in every season whether I go in Spring / Summer / Autumn or Winter there is ALWAYS FRIENDLY , correct with the Clientele not too posch but really neat , no question or request is too much to ask ! TOP OWNERS I have been coming to this establishment for seven years a real added value for the area.

Privé parking - attent en vriendelijk - extreem hygiënisch en super schoon gepoetst - ongelooflijk uitgebreid ontbijt voor elk wat wils en piekfijn gedekte tafels of ontbijt op plateaus netjes gepresenteerd tot aan je huisje of Kamer , ruimte in de gebouwen , authentieke inrichting en gezellig ingericht elke ruimte is een verkenning… PRACHTIG UNIEK CONCEPT Wij komen zeker nog terug , gefeliciteerd aan de uitbaters , niets op aan te merken , proficiat, Met oprechte groeten , Mevrouw Goris Outstanding service ! Here you come HOME in the Belgian Ardennes as a guest! Private parking - attentive and friendly - extremely hygienic and super clean cleaned - incredibly extensive breakfast something for everyone and finely set tables or breakfast on plateaus neatly presented to your house or room, space in the buildings, authentic decor and cozy decorated every room is an exploration… BEAUTIFUL UNIQUE CONCEPT We will definitely come back, congratulations to the owners, nothing to say, congratulations, Sincerely, Mrs. Goris

D	Derik ten Napel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed: After being warmly welcomed, we were guided through the whole establishment. The place has a comfortable feel to it and is decorated very nicely. Though there are no TV's in the rooms, there are multiple spaces with comfortable chairs and TVs. Some of these rooms have fish and birds to keep it lively. They have ample pamphlets suggesting surrounding castles, forts and other institutions where one could spend their days. In the small village of Frahan itself there are activities for young and old (for this you'd have to come in warmer weather). The owners can speak Dutch, French and English. Being a B&B each room doesn't have their own bathroom/toilet. There is a suite which is practically a whole apartment including facilities such as a fridge, kitchen etc. which is at your disposal. They also have a jacuzzi which is for rent if no one is occupying the suite. Breakfast: Breakfast was served at 9:00. We were seated at our reserved table with an option of two types of bread, jam, honey, chocolate spread and "Luikse siroop". On the table were two types of meat and thick portions of sliced cheese. We were also offered eggs and coffee (tea, hot chocolate) which were brought to the table. The breakfast room was very comfy complimented with the crackling of a fire and music played from a vinyl record player. All in all we had a very nice experience.
M	Mihaela Ciobanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners are very friendly, and the breakfast was good, although not included in the price. I didn't like the fact that the building was quite cold. You are only allowed to turn on the heating in the bathroom (which is shared) when you use it and there is no heating in the hallways. I accidentally booked a room with 2 separate beds, but the owner let us have a better room for a lower price than usual.
D	Dina Kodatko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accomodation and breakfast are excellent, if only it would have other owners. Breakfast ordered at 9.30. Later is not possible. At 8.50 already telephone and knocking on the door by the owner. They keep coming back, no slow waking up. We've stayed for two nights and both mornings were constantly interrupted by "are you dine with your breakfast", "could you pay now pls" (before breakfast or check-out). Its a pity since people come to relax and have some quiet time. We definitely recommend the place for stay, but also recommend the owners to chill! People come to let the steam out, not to live on your schedule.
