★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik doe het niet graag, maar ik kan deze zaak helaas echt niet aanbevelen. Ik kocht er een Niu N1s toen het nog Ecomobiel was en liet diezelfde scooter herstellen toen het al Go4Electric was geworden. De aankoop verliep nog vlot, de herstelling veel minder. De communicatie verliep stroef en de herstelling werd slecht uitgevoerd en nam enige tijd in beslag. De "throttle" werd vervangen maar slecht geplaatst, waardoor tijdens het rijden het vermogen continu wegviel en de scooter 25% van zijn maximumsnelheid verloor. Bovendien viel er meteen na herstelling gewoon een vijs uit. Ook de mat was verdwenen (laat ons dit nog in het midden laten). Eerder dan in discussie te gaan, opteerde ik om meteen naar de Niu Antwerpen flagshipstore te gaan om dit te verhelpen. Zij merkten meteen dat Go4Electric verschillende onderdelen was vergeten te plaatsen (o.a. plaatje in de stuurkolom waardoor de regen er gewoon in kon..) Meteen werd duidelijk dat dit daar de specialisten zijn, geen amateurs. Ik raad je dus aan naar Niu in de Jezusstraat te gaan voor dit merk. Je zal veel beter af zijn qua vriendelijkheid, communicatie, expertise, (snelheid van) service, prijs, ...
I don't like to do it, but unfortunately I really can't recommend this case. I bought a Niu N1s when it was still Ecomobiel and had that same scooter repaired when it had already become Go4Electric. The purchase went smoothly, the repair much less. Communication was difficult and the repair was poorly executed and took some time. The "throttle" was replaced but poorly placed, causing a continuous loss of power while driving and the scooter lost 25% of its maximum speed. In addition, a screw simply fell out immediately after repair. The mat was also gone (let's leave this up for now). Rather than enter into a discussion, I opted to go straight to the Niu Antwerp flagship store to remedy this. They immediately noticed that Go4Electric had forgotten to place various parts (including a plate in the steering column so that the rain could just get in..) It immediately became clear that these are the specialists there, not amateurs. So I advise you to go to Niu in the Jesus Street for this brand. You will be much better off in terms of friendliness, communication, expertise, (speed of) service, price, ...
