It's a great place to stay overnight or for a longer stay. It's very stylish and cozy. The rooms are medium-sized, with comfortable beds and practical bathrooms. Unfortunately there is no breakfast.

Excellent value for the price. This was cheaper than any hotel I saw online by the airport, and the room is extremely nice. Includes a kitchen, couch, dining table, and really nice bathroom. And as the cherry on top, they have A/C! Highly highly recommend this place

Excellent place, nice room and near to the bus stop if you arrive by the airport.

Perfectly situated for early morning flights. For 15 Euro they will arrange a taxi at any time for you. Drive time about 10 minutes. Spacious rooms, very modern and clean - absolutely perfect for an overnight stay. Friendly staff! Excellent Italian restaurant across the street!

A lovely place with the necessary tools to cook. Including pans, forks, spoons, knifes and a fridge. But also a nice view and a balcony.

Booked a room here. Then tried to change the dates within 24 hours from booking as my flights got cancelled but they wouldn't do it because apparently I had a non refundable booking... I didn't want a refund, just a date change but they didn't care. Last time I went there.

I normally don't take the time to go out of my way to leave a bad review, but sometimes it just needs to be done. I have booked my stay at this accommodation with a possibility for cancellation. I booked for 3 nights but I fled the hotel after 1 night because the rooms are incredibly noisy, it sometimes seems like there is no door or wall between rooms at all. Just to demonstrate how noisy it is; I got woken up after barely being able to fall asleep by the person in the next room going for a wee. Yes, I could literally hear the wee clattering on the inside of the bowl. Nice. Cleanliness is not what it used to be either when this place just opened. Weird stains in bedsheets and tears, towels are well worn. When I took a shower in the morning the water immediately spilled into the room because the drainage couldn't handle the amount of water. To escape this nightmare I booked another hotel because I do appreciate being able to sleep properly. However there is nobody you can reach out to before 15:00. Went back to this place at 15:00 when reception was staffed to do my complaint. Lady behind the desk told me its her last day there and she can't do anything for me, but she would pass it on to 'management' and I should keep my eye on my inbox. As you have guessed I have heard absolutely nothing of course so I took it up on myself to send them an e-mail directly with my complaint to which I have heard absolutely nothing (it has been weeks since then). Basically I was robbed for the remaining 2 nights despite having booked with the possibility for cancellation. Don't bother with this place, you will be disappointed massively and when there is an issue, there is absolutely nobody you can reach out to because they will just choose to ignore you.

Hotel is located near the Brussels Airport in Zaventem. There are restaurants and an Albert Heijn grocery store nearby. The room was exactly as pictured on the website. The front desk is only staffed between 1500 and 2000 each day. However, someone can be reached by phone 24 hours. After checking out, I realized I had left valuable items in the room. When I called, Silke was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me retrieve my items. The situation was tricky because I was at the airport to leave the country. Outstanding customer service!
