★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rdv prit par téléphone un mercredi après-midi pour le lendemain 13h. arrivée sur place l employé me signale qu il y aura 40mn de retard, que la personne qui m a fixé le rdv s est trompé... super!!!!! A l avenir pensez à prendre les coordonnées de vos clients histoire de les prévenir afin qu ils ne se déplacent pas pour des prunes... bref pas sérieux comme premièr et dernier contact
appointment was made by phone on a Wednesday afternoon for the next day at 1 p.m. arrival on site the employee tells me that there will be 40 minutes late, that the person who fixed the appointment for me was wrong ... great !!!!!
