Nous les avons récupérés raccourcis de 8 à 9 cm, et n’avons jamais été prévenu de ce risque. Nous avons tenté de joindre le responsable par téléphone, par mail, via ses employés et maintenant par recommandé. Aucun de nos messages n’a reçu de suite. Un mauvais travail doublé d’un service après vente inexistant. À fuir. We have entrusted fast and clean the dry cleaning of our curtains by paying in advance. J'arrive deux jours après, rien n'est prêt car je cite "oui mais il y avait des des tâches" la machine est cassée" un pressing des tâches ? Rien de neuf sous le soleil. Les pauvres dames font ce qu'elle peuvent. Les tâches sont toujours là et j'ai payé 27 euros pour rien. Allez ailleurs ici vous perdez votre temps et votre argent. A disaster. Fast cleaning? Nothing fast. I arrive two days later, nothing is ready because I quote "yes but there were tasks" the machine is broken "a cleaning of the tasks? Nothing new under the sun.The poor ladies do what she can. The tasks are still there and I paid 27 euros for nothing. Go elsewhere here, you're wasting your time and money.

A	Ash Kerry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services ever!!! The cleaning is not actually performed, so you have to pay for nothing. Very expensive for the results, which are actually not visible. I took there my winter jacket but the collar and cuffs were the same as before, not cleaned at all. Other time I payed for cleaning some white clothes (yellowed a bit) and of course they have returned them same color as before!! The personnel is rude, with an unprofessional attitude. I will NEVER use this service again!!
d	dan t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I went to Fast & Clean to get a duvet cleaned. They lost the ticket so they thought the best solution is to give us the wrong duvet. It was clear they were on the wrong side but insisted it's the good one and didn't even have the decency to apologize. We took what they gave us because it was similar to what we had, in order not to make a scene but that's totally unprofessional. Some years ago they ruined my down feathers jacket by washing it instead of dry cleaning it. I should have remembered that... I'll never step foot in this store again.
C	Călin Pavlov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave two clothes to be cleaned. When I took them back - one was in the same state as I gave it and even with dusty smell and the second seemed to be cleaned but covered with feathers. Disappointed. Will not come back here.

When I picked up the items, both were still dirty, with hair on them. For this price, I expected the items to be clean... The service was awful, it seemed like the employee didn't care at all. Not recommended, stay away and go to a better place.
