Hier wird der Kunde nicht mehr als König sondern nur noch als Zahlendes "A..." behandelt. Bei uns wurde Tag X als Liefertermin ausgemacht. Tag X um 7 Uhr wir Bescheid, dass die Arbeiten um 8:15 losgehen würden. Kinder zur Schule gebracht und 08:35 Uhr vor Ort, wo ich dann ohne HallonBegrüßt würde mit "Sie können froh sein, dass wir überhaupt noch weiter arbeiten, denn eine Eingangsstufe Stufe von fast 50cm ist nicht zumutbar. Nun muss ich aber weg mein Geschäft öffnen gehen." Obwohl bereits 4 meiner Arbeiter da waren, welche bei einem freundlichen Hallo sicherlich in 5 Minuten eine passende Rampe hingesetzt hätten. Im Duden müsste für solche Personen eine neues Wort hinzugefügt werden ... ArrogantesA.... Übrigens der eine gegebene Stern ist noch zuviel, aber weniger geht nicht.
