★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Fuji-San, the Owner, the Chef and the Server are the same person; Mr. Teoh.
He prepares everything at his pace and carefully. We started with Shrimp Dim Sum together with the tea. Some may know but for who doesn’t; Dim Sum means “Heart’s Delight” and these dumplings are reaching out to your heart.
Later, we took a complete journey in Fuji-San with Sushi and Sashimi Menus. Each menu includes wakame su (seaweed and cucumber salad with vinegar), misoshiru (miso soup), macha ice cream with fresh fruits, tea and of course selection of sushi’s and sashimi’s. I really recommend you to order a set menu to enjoy waiting time and build up your appetite for the main course. Everything was super fresh and a heaven in the mouth.
The interior decoration is authentic, plain and simple; paintings, plants, sculptures and little details are in absolute harmony. Do yourself a favour and go to Fuji-San as soon as possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice food ?, quiet eating environment, the restaurant is decorated in typical Japanese style, owner works alone there. He is a nice friendly guy, but because nobody else works there, the service is a bit slow. Take your time to enjoy sushi there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was very high quality, the fish to rice ratio was amazing. I would recommend the gyoza and the mochi balls! The ambiance was very pleasant. The owner/ cook did a very good job and was very kind, running the place for 21 years he put his all into this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best sushi of my life. I usually don't like at all ?, but this one? Believe me it's worth it, every cent. The restaurant is little and cozy, a various choice of dishes. A friendly Japanese chef with more that 40 years of experience. If you are in Antwerp and you are into the Japanese food this is the place for you.
