Arrivé chez eux par hazard, ils m'ont aidé lors d'un pb sous garantie que la concession dont elle sortait (et où elle allait faire ses entretiens) n'a pas été capable de s'en occuper !! Et bien depuis c'est Ford Steveny Gembloux qui a tous mes entretiens et si rachat d'une Ford par la suite, il sera fort probable qu'ils signeront la vente... I really like this establishment. The end of work/maintenance video is great. Arrived at home by chance, they helped me during a pb under warranty that the dealership from which she was leaving (and where she was going to do her interviews) was not able to take care of it !! Well since it's Ford Steveny Gembloux who has all my interviews and if you buy a Ford afterwards, it will be very likely that they will sign the sale...

Le vendeur qui était occupé ce que je peux comprendre, nous est passé devant même pas un bonjour rien . Franchement je ne trouve pas ce genre d attitude très professionnelle et ça ne donne pas envie de faire affaires chez ce concessionnaire. We came by this Sunday to get some information about the Ford Mustang. The seller who was busy what I can understand, walked past us not even a hello nothing. Frankly, I do not find this kind of attitude very professional and it does not make me want to do business with this dealership.
