P	Philippe De Smet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een teleurstelling.Ik zocht een goede fietsmaker en dat is Filip ook.Echter,2 keren mijn fiets binnengebracht en steeds weken moeten wachten zonder nieuws.Dat was nog VOOR de corona crisis.Laatste keer fiets binnengebracht en overdreven bedrag aangerekend gekregen voor een normaal onderhoud van een gewone mountainike (neen,geen Decathlon fiets maar degelijke Cube) waarbij niets echt defect was en ik heb bijna 300 eur betaald zonder duidelijke uitleg van wat juist werd gedaan!Conclusie: geen probleem om te hoge kosten te betalen voor een goede fietsenmaker Filip maar overdreven duur voor de service die ik gekregen heb.Ik voel me 2 keren in het zak gezet.Ik blijf met een gevoel zitten dat de prijzen en service bepaald worden ‘a la tete’ du client. Really a disappointment. I was looking for a good bicycle repairer and so is Filip. However, brought my bike in 2 times and always had to wait weeks without news. That was BEFORE the corona crisis. Last time bike brought in and was overcharged for a normal maintenance of a normal mountain bike (no, not a Decathlon bike but a decent Cube) where nothing was really defective and I paid almost 300 eur without a clear explanation of what was done correctly! Conclusion: no problem paying too high costs for a good bicycle repairer Filip but overpriced for the service I received I feel put in the pocket 2 times I am left with a feeling that prices and service are set 'a la tete' du client.

Verder is Filip met een groot hart die zijn klanten weet te waarderen ook buiten zijn handelsactiviteiten. A top bicycle dealer with very qualitative products. Good service and honest service. Filip does everything he can to satisfy the customer. Furthermore, Filip is with a big heart who knows how to appreciate his customers also outside of his trading activities.
L	Lyze de Kiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duurder dan je je zou durven voorstellen, om uiteindelijk 2 mislukte interventies. Toch een tweede ster voor de vriendelijkheid. More expensive than you would dare to imagine, to end up with 2 failed interventions. Still a second star for the friendliness.

A	Anton Vojcik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to have a simple service (pedals change) and I was refused. I had my own pedals from other bike and wanted to have a service for which I wanted to pay. The reason of refusal was that I didn't buy pedals at his shop and then he cannot provide me with the service. I called other service and there was no problem. This is shame. Person who moves to Hoeilaart with a bicycle probably cannot service his bike here because it was not purchased in this shop. I wanted to support locals by going to service and pay for it. Now I can see that some locals are greedy and not willing to help others. Other commune locals helped me. This is really shame. I still love Hoeilaart.
