★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always ask for the receipt as there are often errors on it, staff are nice but far too slow in serving and at the tills. There is not enough quality control on their produce, especially with the bananas and products from the deli cheese/meat etc.

Nobody who works here seems to know anything about anything there is or isn't in the shop, yet somehow they all seem to think they've got PhDs in ecological science just because they work in an organic food shop. Bizarre system of printing out and sticking little barcode labels onto paper bags yourself before having to open them all at checkout contributes to a sense of bemused confusion. If only these green types weren't so up themselves, one could buy one's flax seeds in greater comfort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm deeply contented with their service and products. It's my basic shop and my favourite.. I got almost everything I need.
Usually I find it quickly and if not every time I had questions I got a friendly and helpful answer, they really take their time to help you if you ask. Even when it can be difficult in english once in a while it never ends in an unfriendly atmosphere they are calm friendly helpful just nice people. The stuf also seem to have a friendly atmosphere among each other, like the whole place feels warm in comparison with other markets. I appreciate to be surrounded from people like there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place! But, what is their policy about face mask? Today I saw 4 employees, none were wearing it on their nose, 3 not even on their mouth!!! I would not send if it was the first time. The effort only falls on clients… 5 stars otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why go here if you can go to Barn around the corner which has better prices and better service? The only upside of Farm was that it is opened longer but when I tried to go this morning they were closed with a sign that they would exceptionally only open at 9:30. So I came back at 9:45 and they were still closed. If I can't trust the times I won't come back.
