★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eurowaste were employed by my insurer's contractor (outside London) to empty our septic tank. Twice now they have failed to empty it completely. The first time they didn't reply to my messages/calls asking them to come back and finish the job. The second time they vanished to dump the waste they had collected (allegedly) and never came back to finish emptying. The insurer's contractor was annoyed since they couldn't continue their inspection work. I was annoyed too. What a terrible service. Do *not* use Eurowaste!
