N	Nishtman Karimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ boekte een container voor een hele dag, en ik benadrukte dat die op het laatste werkuur zou komen en ze zeiden dat het rond 18.00 uur zou zijn. toen om 15:20 uur kwam de chauffeur de container halfvol ophalen zonder het mij te vragen. de tevredenheid van de klanten betekent niets voor hen. booked a container for a whole day, and I stressed it would come on the last working hour and they said it would be around 6pm. then at 3:20 pm the driver came to pick up the container half full without asking me. the satisfaction of the customers means nothing to them.

Dames van de bureaus zeer professioneel en vriendelijk en vooral behulpzaam. Maar ook de chauffeurs heel correct en nooit lastig of ongeduldig. Als ik tien sterren kan geven dan zou ik dat doen. Ik ben reeds verschillende jaren klant ook bij zusterbedrijf bruco en van mij krijgen ze 10/10. Bedankt voor vlotte samenwerking. Ladies of the agencies very professional and friendly and above all helpful. But the drivers are also very correct and never difficult or impatient. If I can give ten stars I would. S	Stef van Dorst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zijn vandaag naar het containerpark kruibeke van stuer geweest daar, toen we op de weegbrug stonden eens dit gedaan was komen we in de bureau. Aan de bureau zat een poolse/... vrouw. Hierover is geen lof te vertellen hoe deze ons behandelde. En dan met haar gebroken nederlands nog aan mij durven vragen of ik nederlands verstond. Deden alles wat we verstonden van haar, en dan nadien nog beginne roepen tegen ons. ? tegen haar collegas gaan liegen over hoe ik haar onduidelijke vragen niet kon beantwoorden, die ze niet had gevraagd. Ons zien ze er niet meer terug. Om het zo te zeggen voelde wij ons gesdiscrimineerd. En dit valt niet goed te praten. En we waren niet de enige. Vele chauffeurs die nog buiten kwamen waren blij dat ze er weg waren. Zet iemand dat nederlands spreekt en verstaat aan de bureau !!!!! Put someone who speaks and understands Dutch at the desk!!!!! People on the site itself are great
