Mon meuble en un an s'est complètement désarticulé. Les chevilles sortent petit à petit, les tasseaux se décollent dans les angles, des câles tombent à l'intérieur alors qu'ils tiennent le plateau et porte le meuble haut très lourd, un rail de porte se soulève de 10 cm ! Une catastrophe. J'ai peur pour ma famille. Et Ethnikraft ne réagi toujours pas. J'ai évidemment des photos. A la livraison du meuble haut j'avais déjà eu un problème avec le fond qui était gondolé, une indemnisation avait été trouvée avec le revendeur. Mais là, c'est de sécurité dont il est question. Et au prix des meubles. C'est vraiment inadmissible. Le transporteur n'y est pas pour grand chose, je n'ai vu aucun choc ou chute lors de l'installation, j'avais pris une assurance très cher d'ailleurs. Et rien n'était visible, c'est avec les semaines que le bois à bougé et de plus en plus. Ce n'est pas à moi de savoir qui de vous 2 à peut être fait quelque chose. C'est vos histoires. Pas la mienne. Vous avez été immédiatement alerté, vous n'avez d'ailleurs pas vérifié vos marchandises avant envoi chez votre revendeur. Le fond étant complètement gondolé depuis bien longtemps. Ni l'un ni l'autre n'a regardé ! Inadmissible ! Vous avez proposé une remise de 20 % sur ce meuble pour 2745 euros, que j'ai accepté, vu que je suis sur ile avec un meuble tellement lourd, qu'il ne peut reprendre le bateau ! C'est le revendeur qui a fait 10 % en plus pour le meuble du bas ! Je suis obligé de resté dans cette situation ! Sinon je dois payer un transporteur et refaire un emballage ! L'enfer ! Et je serai sure de rien ! Ma confiance à pris un sacré coup ! Votre réponse est scandaleuse, avez vous déballé entre chez vous et chez eux ? Non. Et pourquoi ? Pour les même raison. Et c'est moi le problème aujourd'hui ??? Et le pire c'est que je vous demande de l'aide même pas un centime. Merci bien. J'espère que vous tiendrez votre parole.

When the tall cabinet was delivered, I had already had a problem with the bottom which was curled, compensation had been found with the dealer. But here, it is security in question. And at the price of furniture. It is really unacceptable. The carrier is not a big deal, I didn't see any shock or fall during installation, I had taken out very expensive insurance. And nothing was visible, it is with the weeks that the wood has moved and more and more. It is not for me to know which of the two of you can do anything. It's your stories. Not mine. You were immediately alerted, you did not check your goods before sending to your dealer. The bottom has been completely warped for a long time. Neither of them looked! Inadmissible! You offered a 20% discount on this piece of furniture for 2745 euros, which I accepted, since I am on the island with a piece of furniture so heavy that it cannot take the boat back! It is the reseller who made 10% more for the bottom cabinet! I have to stay in this situation! Otherwise I have to pay a carrier and redo the packaging! Hell! And I will be sure of nothing! My confidence took a big hit! Your answer is scandalous, have you unpacked between your home and their home? No. And why ? For the same reason. And I'm the problem today ??? And the worst part is that I ask you for help not even a penny. Thank you. I hope you will keep your word.

Je suis généralement très satisfaite de la belle qualité des meubles Ethnicraft (noyer et chêne) que j'ai achetés mais je veux surtout témoigner d'une très bonne expérience avec leur service clientèle, très coopératif et réactif (j'ai griffé la surface de mon meuble TV en noyer et ils m'ont envoyé gracieusement de l'huile pour me permettre de remettre à neuf sa surface car je n'arrivais pas à me procurer la bonne référence du produit auprès d'Osmo).
I am generally very satisfied with the good quality of the Ethnicraft furniture (walnut and oak) that I have purchased, but above all I want to testify to a very good experience with their customer service, which is very cooperative and responsive (I scratched the surface of my walnut TV stand and they graciously sent me some oil to help me refurbish its surface because I couldn't get the right product reference from Osmo).

This is the first time for me to leave a negative review. We purchased a media console of ethnicraft from a dealer in the US. The cost was $4000. For the price, this console should be perfect. However it has been assembled very poorly resulting in irreparable damage. none of these items should have passed qa: 1. drawer had split the wood at the screw. I needed to glue it back together 2. a drawer bracket had stripped it's thread in the wood it was fixed to. I needed to repaid the wood with plastic wood then reattach screws 3. there were splintering oak in the handle area of the draw. I needed to remove and then glue back the oak splinters else the hand grip would have been frayed and uneven 4. the rails that the drawers are attached to have not been installed with any precision or skill, resulting in each draw side being slightly offset from the other. none of the drawers are perfectly flat. it's infuriating to look at. 5. one of the drawer rails is bent, resulting in one of the drawers having a different weight and friction to the others. ugh. 6. the joints of the internal media shelf divider wood is extremely rough and splintered. essentially unsanded. These are not delivery damage. I can't believe that this console passed quality check. Probably no quality checking before dispatch. According to other reviews, it seems we are not only one who had similar issues. I really hope that ethnicraft make sure checking qualities. UPDATE: got a replacement today. Much better but..... Again each drawer is not straight....some plastic parts were broken too. I seriously think it's not $4000 quality. Quite surprising that Ikea furniture is precise in design.
