β β β β β Ik had een krik bestelt en toen ze kwamen leveren lag ik te slapen en had de bel niet gehoord, dus mijn pakket ging terug naar het depot. Logisch gezien zouden ze de volgende dag nog eens proberen voor te leveren maar dat is bij hun dus niet het geval. Je zou zelf nog moeten bellen naar de depot om te zeggen dat ze mogen leveren. Ik ben zelf er niet tevreden over.
I ordered a jack and when they came to deliver I was asleep and hadn't heard the bell so my package went back to the depot. Logically they would try to deliver again the next day, but that is not the case with them. You would still have to call the depot to tell them to deliver. I am not satisfied with it myself.

Fast loading. The man on the forklift is very nice and helpful (why is it not like that everywhere ??). If you speak English no problems with communication.
