I arrived 5 minutes early and rang the doorbell and waited. At 10:10 I called the epilia office to tell them I was outside and waiting. Noone came. Called at 10:25 to tell them I was still waiting. They finally took me at 10:30 just to tell me that there was a mix up and someone else with a similar name had taken my appointment and I have to reschedule. So, A lady took over my appointment and they didn't bother checking if it was the right person. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Leave a client outside ringing and calling. Considering the situation right now that they dont even check who goes for appointments, I will NEVER be trying epilia again.

The place is clean, organized, polished and design. I just had my first appointment, and it went great. My doctor was very caring and informative, sweet and very professional. Loved it!
