Merci à Boris et Camille qui se sont décarcassés pendant 1h30 pour trouver une solution afin que je ne sois pas sans appareils pour acouphènes pendant plusieurs jours alors qu'un de mes appareils était en réparation. Bravo ! Magnificent dynamic team, smiling, attentive and competent. Thank you to Boris and Camille who worked hard for 1h30 to find a solution so that I would not be without tinnitus devices for several days while one of my devices was being repaired. Well done !

Comptez à peu près le double du prix du marché. C'est cher payer le sourire. Ce n'est pas un question de budget, mais de pratique commerciale correcte. J'ai eu le produit identique avec un service tout aussi professionnel et aimable à un peu plus de la moitié de ce que vous demandiez... Warning! Very friendly, very attentive (we expect no less from audiologists), but apply shockingly overpriced prices. Count roughly double the market price. It is expensive to pay for a smile. It is not a question of budget, but of correct business practice. Got the identical product with equally professional and friendly service at just over half of what you asked for ...

My earplugs for the night were delivered on time, they are made of a very good quality material, made just on the size of my ears. They block well the noise. The price is right for the quality of the product.
