★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás volveré a contratar nada con esta compañía, aunque sea lo más barato, ya que al final nos gastamos el doble de lo que teníamos pensado.
En principio nuestro vuelo llegaba a Bruselas a las 22 aprox. Debido a un problema ajeno a nosotros el vuelo se retrasó y llegamos algo más tarde de las 23. Cuando llegamos a la zona de rent a car, todas las oficinas estaban abiertas menos la nuestra. Había un cartel que decía que bajaramos a la planta 0 donde está la otra oficina, al bajar nos encontramos lo mismo, oficina cerrada.
Llamamos en el momento y la única solución que nos dan es ir al día siguiente a recoger el coche, algo imposible para nosotros ya que teníamos ya el hotel pagado en brujas esa noche, a 1 hora de camino, con lo cual nos fastidiaba todo el viaje tener que hacer noche en bruselas para recoger el coche al día siguiente.
Al final tuvimos suerte, y pudimos coger el último tren que salía a Brujas desde el aeropuerto, llegando a las 2 de la mañana cuando podríamos haber tardado la mitad en coche.
Al día siguiente vuelvo a llamar para ver si puedo coger un coche en la oficina de brujas para volver a Bruselas, y me dicen que eso no puede ser porque sería una reserva distinta, que la única solución que me dan es poner una reclamación a través de la web (Para limpiarse el .... con ella).
Es una vergÜenza que una compañía "seria" como esta, haga este tipo de guarradas a la gente, porque como yo, había mucha más gente.
Si te piden el número de vuelo a la hora de hacer la reserva, se supone que deberían tener controlado esto, y no cerrar la oficina y dejar a todos los clientes tirados.
Nunca reserveis con enterprise, al final nos hemos gastado 60€ del coche que ya estaba pagado, más los billetes del tren ida y vuelta, nada baratos por cierto.
I will never hire anything with this company again, even if it is the cheapest, since in the end we spend twice as much as we thought.
In principle our flight arrived in Brussels at 22 approx. Due to a problem beyond our control, the flight was delayed and we arrived a little later than 23. When we arrived at the rent a car area, all the offices were open except ours. There was a sign that said that we go down to floor 0 where the other office is, when we go down we find the same, closed office.
We called at the moment and the only solution they give us is to go the next day to pick up the car, something impossible for us since we already had the hotel paid in witches that night, 1 hour away, which annoyed us all the Trip having to spend the night in Brussels to pick up the car the next day.
In the end we were lucky, and we were able to catch the last train that left Bruges from the airport, arriving at 2 in the morning when we could have taken half by car.
The next day I call again to see if I can take a car at the witches office to return to Brussels, and they tell me that it cannot be because it would be a different reservation, that the only solution they give me is to file a claim through of the web (To clean the .... with her).
It is a shame that a company "would" like this, make this kind of laughter to people, because like me, there were many more people.
If you are asked for the flight number when making the reservation, they are supposed to have this under control, and not close the office and leave all the customers lying.
Never book with enterprise, in the end we have spent € 60 on the car that was already paid, plus round-trip train tickets, nothing cheap by the way.

Prenotando per errore la macchina all'aeroporto di Bruxelles anziché a charleroi abbiamo chiamato per disdire la prenotazione (opzione inclusa nel pacchetto). Ci hanno confermato più volte che ci avrebbero dato il rimborso senza alcun costo a nostro carico. Sorpresa, il rimborso non è mai avvenuto, quindi il nostro viaggio a Bruxelles ci è costato ben 2 noleggi di auto. Grazie Alamo.
We had a really bad time with this rental company. By mistakenly booking the car at Brussels airport instead of charleroi we called to cancel the reservation (option included in the package). They confirmed to us several times that they would give us the refund at no cost to us. Surprise, the refund never happened, so our trip to Brussels cost us a whopping 2 car rentals. Thanks Alamo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrustworthy company, poor customer service. Entreprise charged me more than double the estimated price (380 instead of 180 euros) and replied curtly to my complaint. The charge included the cost of replacing a flat tyre on the very first day, which seems to have been caused by a faulty valve at pickup. Don't be lured by their friendly prices, you'll most certainly pay much more than first agreed!

I have no words to express how disappointed I am with their "services". Despite the fact that I had booked a car for a week from 23:00, there was nobody at their desk at 22:45 inside the airport nor in the parking 22:50. I called several times the 012390959 but could not get through anybody when choosing French or Dutch (it keeps saying that all the collaborators are busy and you pay for a 30min phone call for nothing) but got to speak to someone when I chose the English option. The person said it was not the first time this happened, the office was closed, the person had left and that they could do nothing for us (there were 2 Italians also stuck).
This was in August 2019 and since then, I am still waiting for my refund. I wrote emails, called the US HQ, the Belgian branch, etc. but no money yet. Even if I have a witness who is the employee from Europcar who was still there and could provide me with a car.
