On me dit de venir à une certaine heure. 5 minutes avant l'heure du RV, on me sonne pour me dire qu'il y a du retard et que je peux revenir 30 minutes plus tard. Autant dire que j'étais déjà devant la porte... Soit, je reviens une demi-heure plus tard. Là on me dit que je n'avais pris un RV que pour une personne et qu'il n'y a pas de place pour les deux autres. Et surtout le ton utilisé, me traitant quasiment de menteur. Je n'y remettrai plus les pieds, malgré qu'un des coiffeurs est très agréable et doué I phone to take an RV for 3 people. Het ontvangst voelde zeer negatief aan, alsof we ongewenst waren. De man met de man bun was uiterst arrogant tot op het punt waarbij ik met nat haar de deur uitging. Nog nooit heb ik zo'n onprofessionele zaak gezien waarbij de kapper je extreem ongemakkelijk laat voelen en dan nog eens arrogant reageert op anderen. Weet ook dat NIEMAND van het personeel mondmaskers droeg. Ik raad het ten STRENGSTE AF. If I could, I would give 0 stars! Staff are very unprofessional, like I was back in high school. The reception felt very negative, as if we were unwanted. The man with the man bun was extremely arrogant to the point where I went out the door with wet hair. I have never seen such an unprofessional case where the hairdresser makes you feel extremely uncomfortable and then reacts arrogantly to others. Also know that NO ONE of the staff wore face masks. I STRICTLY advise against it.
