My mom was there last Friday and came back traumatized by the smugness and the hyper unpleasant side of the saleswoman. She will never go back there again

The manager is not welcoming and is not helpful. Looks like we're disturbing her when we ask for info. Ok for the saleswomen.

Store that sells more clothes than haberdashery whose shelves are getting smaller and smaller. We think we are in a fashion store, bags underwear and now dresses.
