K	Kurt Van Den Bergh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige vrijdag voor een gesloten deur gestaan om 16:15 terwijl ze normaal open zijn tot 17:00. Ik ben direct aangesproken geweest door 2 personen die hier ook al slechte ervaringen hadden. Ik belde het bedrijf en deze kon mij enkel doorsturen naar de verantwoordelijke van de zaak, maar deze nam niet op. Deze week ga ik er terug langs en ontkende ze het probleem. Ik vroeg of ik mijn kleren hier nog kon laten strijken. Hij zei dat alles volzet was en dat enkel vaste klanten nog iets konden binnen brengen. Ze vroegen of ik binnen 3 weken kon terugkomen. Aangezien ik daar nog punten heb van de diensten cheques ging ik er vanuit dat ik vaste klant was, maar dat was precies toch niet genoeg. Ze hebben me de deur gewezen en gezegd tot binnen 3 weken. :-( Absoluut geen aanrader qua klantvriendelijkheid en geen respect naar eigen openingsuren. Last Friday stood in front of a closed door at 4:15 pm while they are normally open until 5:00 pm. I was directly approached by 2 people who also had bad experiences here. I called the company and they could only forward me to the person in charge of the business, but he did not answer. This week I will go back through it and she denied the problem. I asked if I could still have my clothes ironed here. He said that everything was full and that only regular customers could bring in something. They asked if I could come back in 3 weeks. Since I still have points from the service checks there, I assumed that I was a regular customer, but that was exactly not enough. They showed me the door and said see you within 3 weeks. :-( Absolutely not recommended in terms of customer friendliness and no respect for own opening hours.

M	Myrine Antwerp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is many times not open in the morning , neighbours said it can take till 11 AM till somebody shows up . Have been waiting from 9 AM - No Body there and closed on saturday!! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!
