Deze schriftelijk laten vast leggen voor dat we koopcontract hebben getekend in vertrouwen dat gehoor aan werd gegeven. Nu bij oplevering blijkt de voorwaardes waar onder we gekocht hebben Totaal geen gehoor aangegeven geeft men niet thuis.
 For the purchase of our newly built apartment in Antwerp, we have set clear requirements with regard to the environment and the garden. Have this recorded in writing before we have signed the purchase contract in confidence that it has been complied with. Now upon delivery it appears that the conditions under which we have purchased Total no response are not indicated at home.

We are satisfied with how the cooperation with Soufiane Uaiad went. We had a lot of questions and could always contact him. Whether it was evening or weekend or not. Very friendly and helpful man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laten je 85km rijden, 3 kwartier buiten staan wachten en vertellen doodleuk dat het pand verkocht is als je hen eindelijk zelf contacteert. Enkel gericht op zichzelf, niet op de klant.
They let you drive 85km, wait outside for 45 minutes and tell them casually that the property has been sold when you finally contact them yourself. Only focused on itself, not on the customer.
