N	Nicolas Schmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is perfect for the price. You can check in at any time during the afternoon and evening at the always staffed front desk. My room was very nice with everything one needs (bed with good pillows and a rather thin blanket). The bathroom has towels and soap/shampoo dispensers in case you forgot to bring your own. Similar to other reviews, I have to mention the comically small sink (but it suffices for everything). The shower is nice (and hot if needed). Due to the location in the city center one can occasionally hear some noise outside, but with closed windows one can barely notice it. Also the room is equipped with AC. A very nice feature as well was that the hotel has lockers to store your belongings even after you have checked out (in case you want to explore the city before your departure). I rate the easyHotel therefore five stars and will surely return when I’m back in Brussels.
A	Alexandros Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stay! Great value for money. Good location, and friendly stuff. The rooms have almost everything you need. Basic. But ok for myself (bed was very comfortable). There’s no cleaning. Which isn’t an issue for me. But after 4 nights it is needed. Last day: the elevator broke. (The other was already broken). I could manage the stairs. But I saw some elderly people taking a breath midway to the 5th floor. Things happen. But I can imagine their experience was different than mine. Nonetheless, I will return! :)
L	Libor Manak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice simple and modern hotel with helpful staff in great location. The room was a little bit small, but beds are comfortable, shower is big and there is AC. The wifi is great as well. Only downside is non refundable cancelation which is awful in current situation.
A	Ajay Lad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic double room which was clean with a comftable bed. Pillows were not super thick which usually gives me a neck ache. Staff at reception were friendly, spoke both English and French. They also accepted my suitcase on delivery to the hotel due to it being delayed at the airport which was really cool of them (I did give them the heads up before hand).
H	Hari Krishnan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a Double Room for April 10th - April 12th via Booking.com app in this hotel on January last week. There was a pre-payment and a guaranteed free cancellation for this booking (which I had paid while booking). Due to the uncertainty of travels during Corona times, and there were better options with Payment at Hotel option, I had cancelled the booking. It took almost 3-4 weeks of constants emails and messages for the hotel to even send me an invoice with the hotel letterhead that said money has been refunded (Feb25th). However, it's been almost a month since they sent me this invoice and there has been no actual refund to my account. The given invoice doesn't contain any details of Bank Txn ID as well. I have been checking with my Bank as well but they clearly said it has the transaction is not even yet initiated. Very bad handling of the situation. 1. Customer shouldn't have to contact the hotel every day for two-three weeks for a refund 2. Confirm whether the refund transaction has atleast been initiated.
R	Roberta Petronzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this hotel for a couple of days with my friend. Everything was spotless as the description shows on the website. Furthermore the receptionists were very polite, professional and friendly. We were given a city map and the possibility to leave the luggage in a locker until the check-in time. In terms of the location, it's strategic since everything is closer to this stay and you can also find a food shop five minutes away from there. I highly recommend it!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, rooms were clean, plenty of power outlets, beds were comfy and bathroom was nice too. Great location it's so close to everything so you can pop in and out if you needed to between places. Very happy and will hopefully stay again.
J	Julie L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super typical or average 2-star hotel. Rooms are on the small side but it works. Clean, manageable, and affordable. It definitely had a hostel-vibe to it though like how the check-in desk and lobby is structured as well as the rules and signage posted everywhere. Think of it like a step up from a hostel but still with that vibe. There were lots of diverse people (think different age groups, family size, and country of origin) staying there so it definitely holds a wide-appeal. I would stay here again simply for the ease of everything, location, and price.
