Installateur is failliet en wettelijke garantie is verstreken. Er is verlengde garantie mogelijk tot 5 jaar maar hiervan waren wij totaal niet op de hoogte (niemand van het appartementencomplex).
Duco verstopt zich achter de garantie, eindklant is totaal niet van belang.
After 3 years of ventilation broken ... € 1200 costs.
Installer is bankrupt and legal warranty has expired. An extended warranty is possible up to 5 years, but we were not aware of this at all (nobody from the apartment complex).
Duco is hiding behind the warranty, the end customer is not important at all.
