Ik heb 2 aanvragen in verband met de verwarming dat Goens geplaatst heft, o.a. een gaslek, ik heb sinds 2 maanden emails doorgestuurd, maar niemand wil mij antwoorden. Ze nemen hun verantwoordelijkheden niet.
I have 2 requests related to the heating that Goens installed, including a gas leak, I have forwarded emails for 2 months, but nobody wants to answer me. They don't take their responsibilities.

Na 5 mails en verschillende telefoontjes voor een offerte, nooit een antwoord gekregen. En als men dan zijn beklag maakt, worden we dan afgesnauwd als zijnde onbeleefd... . Trek maar uw conclusies!
After 5 mails and several phone calls for a quote, never received a reply. And if one complains, then we are snubbed at being rude .... Draw your conclusions!

Na maar liefst 7 keer langs te zijn geweest, is uiteindelijk de verwarmingsketel hersteld geraakt (en ik ga maar hout vasthouden zeker).Wat een prestatie.
After visiting no less than 7 times, the boiler was eventually repaired (and I'm going to hold on to wood for sure). What an achievement.

Wanpraktijken. Dit bedrijf kwam 4 maal langs om een simpel lek op het expansievat, van onze boiler, te herstellen. 4 maal werden andere stukken, dan het vat zelf vervangen zonder overleg met de klant, terwijl ze ons vertelde een goedkope oplossing te bieden voor onze herstelling. Totale kosten komen op meer dan 1000€ voor een simpel lek die "goedkoop" te herstellen was. Onze boiler gaat NOG STEEDS in foutmelding na 4 maal langs te komen! Wanneer men om uitleg vraagt, waarom alle andere stukken werden hersteld, wordt u bedreigt met juridische stappen en eindigt het gesprek voor hun via telefoon. Onze eerste factuur werd trouwens binnen diezelfde week betaald. Er worden extra kosten gemaakt zonder overleg met de klant en men is onbeleefd na vraag waarom deze stukken werden hersteld. WIJ KUNNEN DIT BEDRIJF NIEMAND AANRADEN. OPGELET ZAKEN DOEN MET DIT BEDRIJF!
Malpractice. This company came by 4 times to repair a simple leak on the expansion tank of our boiler. 4 times other pieces than the barrel itself were replaced without consultation with the customer, while she told us to offer a cheap solution for our repair. Total costs amount to more than 1000 € for a simple leak that was "cheap" to fix. Our boiler STILL goes into error after 4 times! When asked for an explanation why all other documents were recovered, you are threatened with legal action and the conversation ends for them by telephone. By the way, our first invoice was paid within the same week. Extra costs are incurred without consultation with the customer and people are rude when asked why these pieces were restored. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. ATTENTION DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Such very poor customer service, in fact they could not care less. Boiler should have had it's maintenance back in February. Gave them plenty of notice, they refused at first even to make an appointment as they said it was too soon, by experience they take months to sort it out. Appointment for March cancelled by them due to Covid 19, which I understand, their email stated they would contact me 4/5 the May did they NO. Funny they continued to dealing with contract work! I also wanted a filter on a tap changed. I sent them photos of part and the technical specifications from the tap manufacturer, they refuse to order a part until they look at it. This is dreadful customer service, they have had details of the part that needed since March! UPDATE I am very happy to update this review as they have asked me to, I stated I was happy to discuss this review with them, it was a true version of the service received, if they did not like the contents perhaps they should look at their customer service levels. Well now they refuse to deal with me, fine if you want to act that way it's your business. Well you have lost my business.
