Moi qui ai travaillé dans plusieurs magasins de détail durant des années, jamais je ne me serais permise d'agir ainsi envers la clientèle.Ne vous étonnez pas ,par après ,que votre magasin ne marche pas.Merci et bien à vous.
Hello, I would like you to explain to me why when we post the store closing on Friday at 6:30 p.m., you are denied access, without explanation, at 6:15 p.m. if not the imminent closing! ?
I, who have worked in several retail stores for years, would never have allowed myself to do this towards customers. Do not be surprised, afterwards, that your store does not work. Thank you very much.
