β β β β β Make sure you are aware of the return policy here before purchasing, as I was told something incorrect by the female cashier, who I explicitly asked not once - but twice - before purchasing the items if return for cash was possible. She asserted yes. Yet upon attempting to return the items, the same cashier woman straight up denied having told me this. Perhaps it was lost in translation, but that is why I purposefully asked twice to make sure. The attitude I encountered upon trying to return the items was as if I were lying and no remorse, which was not appreciated.

β β β β β The customer service is very good here. Every time I come the staff are very friendly even though my French is very bad. A lot of the staff can speak English and are very patient. I really appreciate it.

β β β β β I will put one star because less than this is not allowed! I have been to this shop many times, but never ever I will came back. Why? Because this pandemy has made people to loose their empathy!!! OMG, I was there some days ago with my daughter 2y and she was not feeling alright, she asked me to go to the toilet. The HM staff around in the floor, told me it was not possible, because her boss prohibited the use of toilets. Come on! I was super angry, it was a big urgency, and yet she did not help at all. I could have understood the rules, at least she could have proposed a way to facilite the situation. Nothing at all. People are insane nowadays, no empathy, nothing. I don't recommend this shop, and about this girl working there, I wish she will never ever be in the same situation I was.
