Verkoper zelf was niet bepaald vriendelijk te noemen, en hebben offerte nooit gehad (na 2 afspraken en 3tal keer op te bellen). Bij dat we het niet gedaan hebben want keuken die we nu hebben is zeker zo kwalitatief en makkelijk 30% goedkoper (afgaand op prijzen die we zagen in showroom) 1 star for the shop itself. Nice showroom to get inspiration. The seller himself was not exactly friendly, and never had a quote (after 2 appointments and calling 3 times). We didn't do it because the kitchen we have now is just as qualitative and easily 30% cheaper (based on prices we saw in showroom)

Topservice. goede en professionele uitleg, veel geduld :), keuze uit alle soorten producten/materialen en een zeer correcte prijs/kwaliteit. Heel tevreden, nu afwachten naar het resultaat. Na onze gesprekken met de enthousiaste teamleden van DSM Schoten en een thuis-bezoek van Naomi Van Dijck, de talentvolle binnenhuis-architecte van DSM, om de puntjes op de de i te zetten zijn we de trotse bezitters van een gezellige landelijke DSM keuken. Natuurlijk ging niet alles zonder slag of stoot, hoewel bij ons werden de geringe problemen algauw opgelost. Eind september werd ALLES op tijd geleverd en naar wens geïnstalleerd. Bedankt lieve mensen van DSM Schoten, jullie zijn kanjers. When we had our first appointment at DSM Kitchens in Schoten on 25 February 2021, we never thought (hoped) that we would achieve this wonderful result... After our talks with the enthusiastic team members of DSM Schoten and a home visit from Naomi Van Dijck, DSM's talented interior decorator, to put the finishing touches on the t's, we are the proud owners of a cozy rural DSM kitchen. Of course not everything went without a hitch, although with us the minor problems were soon solved. At the end of September EVERYTHING was delivered on time and installed as desired. Thank you dear people at DSM Schoten, you are the best.

Toen we bij onze eerste keuze, DSM binnenstapten gingen we eigenlijk binnen met het idee om rond te kijken wat we mooi vonden. Toen we binnen kwamen werden we vriendelijk verwelkomd door Vincenzo die ons verder uitleg gaf over hoe het in zen werk gaat en besloot met ons samen te zitten om een eerst ontwerp te maken, en dit allemaal zonder afspraak. We zijn die dag ook effectief buitengekomen met een ontwerp waar we opslag verliefd op waren. Zonder Vincenzo waren we misschien nog steeds opzoek naar onze droomkeuken. De plaatsing dient nog te gebeuren maar het onthaal en de communicatie is tot hier toe heel vlot verlopen waarvoor dank. When we entered our first choice, DSM, we actually went in with the idea of looking around to see what we liked. When we entered we were kindly welcomed by Vincenzo who further explained to us how it works and decided to sit down with us to make a first design, all without an appointment. We actually came out that day with a design that we fell in love with. Without Vincenzo, we might still be looking for our dream kitchen. Alles rustig bespreken, mooie voorstellen zonder ons te willen forceren, dat voelt zeer aangenaam. Vandaag werd onze offerte met dezelfde profesionaliteit door Vincenzo verder afgewerkt en zal de keuken rond begin mei geinstalleerd worden. Wij hebben er alle vertrouwen in dat dit ook perfect zal gebeuren. Tot dan !! A few months ago we visited these people and were received very warmly and professionally by Vincenzo and Simon. Discussing everything calmly, making nice proposals without trying to force us, that feels very pleasant. Today our quotation was further completed by Vincenzo with the same professionalism and the kitchen will be installed around the beginning of May. We are confident that this will also happen perfectly. Until then !!

Bij DSM keukens werden we heel warm ontvangen door Vincenzo die ons hielp met onze eerste vragen. Vandaag onze droomkeuken laten tekenen met prijsofferte. Duo Vincenzo en Simon hebben ons professioneel bijgestaan om onze droom te verwezenlijken. Geen vraag was te veel.
