De zaakvoerder beloofde kwaliteit. De vloerder kon de kwaliteit ook bevestigen.
Als moeilijke onzekere klant werden onze vele vragen elke keer beantwoordt en stond de zaakvoerder ons altijd te woord, zelfs in het weekend of in de late uurtjes. Bij moeilijkheden werd er meegezocht naar oplossingen.
Kortom geweldige klantvriendelijkheid! Een echte aanrader!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ paar jaar geleden onze woning laten verbouwen, keuken met toestellen gekocht via House Concept, alsook de tegels. Installatie hebben we laten uitvoeren door onze aannemer en niet door house concept. De zaakvoerder is toch enkele malen komen kijken of alles naar wens was en goed was uitgevoerd. Ook werden vragen soms beantwoord om 21u 's avonds tijdens weekends, om maar te zeggen dat de zaakvoerder U zelf verder helpt en duidelijk klantgericht is en trots wil zijn op zijn werk.

The manager nevertheless came several times to see if everything was satisfactory and had been carried out properly.
