Aussi bien avec François, Philippe qu'avec Jean-François, tout est fait afin d'être en confiance. De plus, j'ai déjà pris possession de ma DS et j'en suis enchanté. Je suis récemment passé au garage pour le véhicule de mon épouse pour un entretien et toute l'équipe m'a demandé ce que je pensais du véhicule. Je l'ai même fait essayé à un ami, client CITROEN et à mon arrivée au garage, on m'a remercié de l'avoir laissé conduire ma DS. Des responsables au top mais cela se ressent également dans le personnel ! Victime ce matin d'un vandalisme sur celle-ci, j'ai été immédiatement dépanné à mon domicile par Mr Bocquet lui-même. Ma voiture fut réparée en une petite heure et livrée chez moi! Remarquable service que celà !!! Seduced by the DS brand that I discovered at the DS Store in Tournai, I became the proud owner of a DS7 since the end of November 2020. Victim of a vandalism on it this morning, I was immediately repaired at my home by Mr Bocquet himself. My car was repaired in an hour and delivered to me! Remarkable service!

J'ai vraiment apprécié l'écoute face à mes problèmes et que ce soit de l'accueil de Madame Bollaert, au patron (François, je pense), j'ai senti que chacun voulait tout faire pour m'aider, ce qui fut fait. La concession fait de son mieux avec le véhicule que DS vend et celle-ci ne peut-être tenu pour responsable des défauts de jeunesse du produit. Depuis j'ai fait l'entretien de ma voiture chez eux et la bonne surprise fut la facture. Donc en conclusion, nous recommandons ce garage. New customer coming with a DS7 bought at the DS store in Libramont, I was greeted as if I had bought it from them. I really appreciated listening to my problems and whether it was the welcome from Madame Bollaert, to the boss (François, I think), I felt that everyone wanted to do everything to help me, which was made. The dealership does its best with the vehicle that DS sells and DS cannot be held responsible for any early defects in the product. Since then I have serviced my car at their place and the good surprise was the invoice. So in conclusion, we recommend this garage.

Beaucoup de possibilités d'agencement avec les options. Coffre un peu petit à mon goût mais bon ,cela ce discute. Superb show room, impeccable welcome and a brilliant manager. DS4 superb car, a real flying carpet on the road and pleasant to drive. Many possibilities of arrangement with the options. Chest a bit small for my taste but hey, it discusses.
