★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure which branch of domestic services I was dealing with but I have had a horrible experience with someone named Geraldine Demoffarts. She was corresponding with me on email and promised me that she would have an English speaking maid but only after 4 weeks. So I waited 4 weeks but when the maid arrived she in fact did not speak in English. Obviously since I had waited so long in a dirty apartment I was not happy with this. I emailed Geraldine of my displeasure and did not even get an apology. She made a mistake the least you could do is apologise.
