★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took them over 1 year to fix our guest bathroom, and they did it on the day we moved out. When giving us the information of the rent, they were not 100% clear on the charges and we ended up having to pay more at our exit. Very slow in answering back at our requests/needs. Things where always delayed at the first with either, getting things fixed or having access to our storage unit...all and all not a good experience with this company. Utterly disappointing and very frustrating to work with this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved into an unfinished apartment, they said it would be done in 2 weeks max, it took 3 months. After a boiler issue left us without hot water and heating for a month and a half during winter, our guest bathroom was left unfinished for a year. When contacting them with these issues they took forever to respond or wouldn't even respond at all. When moving out they ripped us off. Would not move into a building managed by them again.
