★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I had a bad experience with technical support. I've called several times in few months of time for different issues/questions I had with the VACON products and they always promised me they would contact me back with answers. I never got one email nor answer. I've been better helped by the northern countries customer support. Eventually they supported me quickly concerning a product license issue which I knew I messed up.
