Highlights for me was the risotto with walnuts-gorgonzola-cinnamon foam, and the dessert coconut-mango-yuzu. The pre-dessert was a great surprise, lemon sorbet with mousse of aneth, I adored the combination of flavours. Great thanks to the charming personnel as well, everything was wonderful!
