The SEAT production lines have been shut down for quite some time. Sellers promise deadlines that are absolutely not respected. My vehicle, which was due to arrive at the END OF OCTOBER, does not currently have any serial number or even any date of manufacture. Basically, no one can give a production or release date for the vehicle. In the meantime, they continue to sell vehicles by promising deadlines while everyone is aware that production is stopped. I heard through my tax specialist from another customer returning to her who is in the same situation as me, one of whom ordered her vehicle 3 months before mine! It's a real scandal! They lie with impunity, a vehicle sold is a vehicle sold. Nice policy and no respect for their customers. I even had contact with the central, it was to contact me again. It was a month ago... Don't buy SEAT, or buy today the vehicle you want to drive in 2 or 3 years.

Very interesting, you will be guided through the entire history of D'Ieteren. From their origin to what they have now accomplished. So from wooden wheels to what they are today. In this way there is also a mighty collection of vintage cars to view, also in historical order and with a few exceptions.

More than 2 months to have an appointment for the maintenance is ridiculous. I thought VW was a German brand, it looks like D'Ieteren is not respecting the standards. Cars" dashboard should be updated and warn you 3 months (not 30 days) in advance that if you're in Belgium you need to book your appointment early.

I wanted to verify why a little warning light is switched on an d'Ieteren tells me that the next available slot for inspection in d'Ieteren mail and Zaaventem is 'end of July' , 5 weeks from now (19 June). I was warned about their horrible customer service, but did not believe it. Now I do. In question of doubt, better don't buy a Volkswagen, or at least not at the monopolist importer which runs most of the dealers.

D'Ieteren deserves zero star. I took a leased car @ D'Ieteren. I am extremely disappointed by this company. I loose so much time in their garage waiting for a service (despite appointments). Contrarily to what you would expect from a supplier (which is by the way very expensive), D’Ieteren expects from you that you adapt yourself to their agenda and Middle Ages organisation. They don’t care about the fact that their customers also need to work. Maybe D’Ieteren thinks it is normal that its customers take a half day off for the “normal” maintenance of their car but I don’t think so. If you take an appointment you should not spend more than 15 minutes to give your car and 15 minutes to pick-up it. Opening hours are already representative that they do not care about their customers. So many times I took an appointment specifying what I need (once even by phone + in writing) and D’Ieteren forget to order spare parts so I had to come back. In a nutshell, you expect from a car (service) supplier that it makes your life easier especially when it goes about a company that places itself on the premium market with associated prices. I spent days @ D’Ieteren garage for very small problems. D’Ieteren deteriorates the image of the brands it sells (VW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, etc.).
