G	Gonzalo Gomez-Arrue Azpiazu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is nice, but the service is slow and specially rude. A member of the staff even offered free desserts and wine if we would give a non negative review - transactionally ok, but not the relationship I recommend. [Edit] They even tried to charge us 37€ for a bottle that was 29€ on the menu - "very unprofessional mistake", if you take my drift.
I	Irena Hendekovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good and the atmosphere is modern and agreeable. The food was a bit pricey though, maybe because we both chose entrées in main course size. The price was adapted, the size not so much. But the quality was fine, I would go there again.
A	Amaury Sibon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited an hour after ordering our food for it to arrive. We were not told anything and the staff was rather rude to us and other customers. Once the food arrived we were told drinks were for free (as if they were doing us a favor): but that was only true for the glass of wine during the dinner, not the aperitif. No apology for the wait either. There are plenty of much more delicious places around who actually care about customer service.

What has to be improved is the pricing and the service. The price of the wine is too high for the size of their micro glasses. The service was very kind but not effective at all. Especially annoying being the restaurant nearly empty.

We were still busy with our apero and they brought the starter, when the starter was finished, after no more then 5 minutes we had the main course. The waiters who were serving drinks were very friendly but the female lead waiter was really at work against her will.

However, nobody checked our Covid passes (and I don’t think they were checking this for other guests), even though it’s mandatory now in Belgium. This is very reckless, so I won’t be going back there while the pandemic continues.

At the same time it is one of my favorite restaurants in Brussels (the menu is just perfect, the food is great, so are the cocktails, the place is super nice being quite modern but warm)… … but at the same time I agree with all these reviews saying service is bad. To be fair it varies from one night to another, but overall it is true that we are often received with a bit of arrogance. Their sister restaurant Selecto in the center has the same menu but not this bad service issue - the room though is less cosy.
