CHEZ LEON, probablement la Friture la plus bruxelloise du monde !

About Chez Léon

I'd say it's the best restaurant ? in his style (seafood restaurant) from Brussels. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have more space in the inside that to can imagine. If you want a table outside you should go a bit earlier because they don't take reservations for the outside table only for the inside. When you are in front of the restaurant, take a look as well around the corner, they also have tables there. Last time I was there I ordered "la plancha" it's a mix of seafood with French fries, just perfect. I was there with 3 other friends. For the food and a couple of beers we pays 100eu. It's a bit expensive but it is worthed.

Mussels in Brussels (along with frites) are an all time favorite. Leon is one of the classic restaurants to go for these. I have been there several times over the years and overall it has been great. This time, the mussels were good but not amazing. As always, service and Belgium beer were great.

Had dinner tonight at Chez Leon and it was amazing, what an experience!!! Amazing food and service. Our server Billy was so friendly and helpful, we loved our dinner. I highly recommend this place, can’t wait to come back. Ps: Brazilian table very noisy, I’m sorry! Hahahaha ?

Worth all the hype surrounding it. Reservations are a must. We ordered a variety of platters to share and the family was overwhelmed with how rich and delicious everything was.

Today's experience was not very satisfying. First the guy in charge of receiving people was very rude. Second, some plates we ordered were not good at all. Except for mussels (Leon menu) and the steak 200gr the rest was less than good. I chose The lunch menu : the oignon soup was OK but the Filet de Sébaste sauce homardine was not good at all. My daughter chose the 1/2 roti chicken, didn't like it all! The bolognaise spaguetti was fine as well as the Fried calamari.

Tourist restaurant in the center of Brussels. The food is very good, very well prepared, traditional and the seafood stands out. The service is excellent, with waiters who show that they have been in the place for a long time and know everything perfectly and are very kind to guide the diner with any questions. The service is very fast and efficient and the place is always very clean and tidy. The prices are not very cheap but they are accessible

AMAZING BELGIAN FARE, must dine here when in Belgium So great we came back the next night. Belgian classics at their finest and SUPER FRESH seafood. The best mussels on this planet. The service was also amazing both times

Nice traditional food. We had mussels, fries and oysters. Everything was good. Prices are very competitive. Definitely good value for money. The location is nice but the restaurant is massive: definitely not designed for intimate special occasions. Would definitely recommend to friends visiting Brussels
