B	B H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there three times for shopping. I was overcharged two out of the three times: Something is pretty wrong in this place. First time, I bought four pieces of pastry and was charged a 30% higher price. I immediately complained and the cashier resolutely rejected the complaint. I then went back to the aisle, took a photo of the real price and asked for the supervisor. Only the supervisor eventually corrected the price. Another time I was charged for three items when I had only bought two, resulting in a 50% higher price. If you go: CHECK YOUR INVOICE.

Useful for those days you forget to do your groceries as it's open on Sundays and Holidays. Its products are less than those found in the regular supermarket but they are quite decent anyway for taking you through a weekend

Its staff could always be a bit rude and unprofessional but my last visit was the worst yet. I was yelled at quite aggressively upon entering the store. I was there to buy milk and cereal for the following morning. Staff member assumed for some reason I was there to buy alcohol, even though I was approaching the cereal aisle. Upon informing her I was there to buy groceries for the following morning, I was rudely instructed to hurry up. Same staff member is always rude and condescending to customers (I live on the street and have heard she is rude to others) I understand that they may feel they need to inform customers of the rules regarding the sale of alcohol, but doing so in an aggressive manner is not okay. The icing on the cake is telling me to hurry up, even though it was the staff that delayed me. I will not be returning experience.

Just be aware that your mobile network disappears completely as soon as you cross through those doors ? So if you need to check or call someone from inside, forget it (at least with Mobile Vikings).
S	Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to write this type of reviews but the way part of the staff treats the customers is just unacceptable and it keeps on happening… The staff should be trained in how to not mistreat customers even in stressful situations. Enough with the unfriendly stares and the huffing, it should be the staff’s job to make the customers feel welcome in their business (even if it is yet another Carrefour), not the other way around. It is unfortunate to write this as it is clear that some of the young staff is there hustling and doing an excellent job, but as it transpires from other reviews, others really do need to get a grip on the way they respond or speak to customers, regardless of their age. I already only come here for “emergencies”. As a Carrefour Express store, extremely close to Schuman, the items are quite overpriced and the quality is oftentimes not the best. At this point, if I feel like I stepped into a Polish supermarket of the 80’s under the Soviet Union coming here with food shortages and unfriendly service, I much rather go to the night or organic shops in the same street and help small businesses.
