C'est tout à fait ce que je j'adore quand je fais des achats, et cela me fait retourner dans ce magasin par après. I went there to buy a gift. The employee, whom I had already had on the phone half an hour before, was delightfully sweet and helpful. This is exactly what I love about shopping, and it keeps me coming back to this store afterwards.

v	vdv chouchou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go to rue des Tongres shop unless you want to experiment stress and disrespect while shopping. They won't exchange any article if you have tried it although the saleswoman tells you the contrary. Anyway, it is logic that if you have a 1-month policy return, you will try the article as it is the only way to know if it fits or not, right? They also threaten to call the police if you insist to be paid back and yell at you and your little daughter to get out and this, in front of other clients. Never saw a manager with that kind of attitude! Shame for the brand and I had to console my daughter for a long time, she didn't understand why her mother was treated like that.
