J'ai dû me déplacer 3 fois pour effectuer un "simple" échange (dû à une erreur d'encodage) et quand j'ai fait part de mon mécontentement à cause du temps perdu 2 samedis de suite, la responsable du magasin m'a tout bonnement répondu QU'ELLE VENAIT AUSSI DE PERDRE 20 MINUTES AVEC MOI et que MAOI j'avais de la chance de ne pas travailler le samedi... PLUS JAMAIS DANS CE MAGASIN. J'avais déjà été très mal reçue il y a qqs mois, mais là c'est trop pour que je me taise. APPALLING! I had to travel 3 times to make a "simple" exchange (due to an encoding error) and when I expressed my dissatisfaction because of the time lost 2 Saturdays in a row, the store manager simply replied THAT SHE HAD ALSO JUST LOST 20 MINUTES WITH ME and that MAOI I was lucky not to work on Saturdays... NEVER AGAIN IN THIS STORE. I had already been very badly received a few months ago, but this is too much for me to keep quiet.

I did an online order, I get the confirmation email, I go to pick it up and the lady tells me she doesn't have any parcel. Later on the day, I call them to check again as my confirmation email way saying something else, and the lady tells me "yes, I have it".... it's not like I can go there every day . They don't know to do their jobs
