★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une catastrophe ! J'avais laissé mon téléphone à réparer. Au bout d'un mois ce n'était toujours pas réparé!
Je l'ai alors amené chez Safefix qui l'a réparé en moins de 24h!
De plus, ils avaient fait un court-circuit dans ma carte mère qui a cassé le nouvel assemblage (écran, LCD, batterie)! Donc ils ont même fait pire que bien!
Après les personnes de l'acceuil sont très sympas.
Mais le service de réparation est une catastrophe
A disaster ! I had left my phone to be repaired. After a month it still wasn't fixed!
I then took it to Safefix who repaired it in less than 24 hours!
Also, they had shorted my motherboard which broke the new assembly (screen, LCD, battery)! So they even did worse than good!
After the reception people are very nice.
But the repair service is a disaster

Après une semaine le médicament n'était pas encore arrivé , je vais pour demander des informations et après une longue discussion le Monsieur se rend compte qu'il avait enregistré mais il avait oublié de l'envoyer !
Catastrophic, I paid 120 euros to send in emergency medicine to my sister in Morocco. After a week the drug was not yet come, I'll ask for information and after a long discussion on Mr. realizes he had registered but forgot to send it!

There should be plenty of shop like this in order not to change our electronic objects every 2-3 years. You are "ecological", our mother Earth thanks you ;-)
